There will be four demo matches during the event, all of which will be simulcast on SUVtv and HBCU League Pass Plus.

In 2016, Horace Neysmith created the Underclassmen All American Games to showcase high-level basketball talent while providing players with information that helps prevent diabetes. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2011, Neysmith changed his diet and increased his exercise frequency to gradually get rid of diabetes medication. His experience created a sense of urgency to provide players with information focused on awareness and prevention instead of a reaction once things hit a certain point. Beyond programming the event for this purpose, all net proceeds will go to the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Diabetes Association.

“The Underclassmen All American Games brings together two of my greatest passions: basketball and the fight against diabetes,” says UCAA Founder Horace Neysmith, “As important as it is to showcase talent notables and nationals these games will feature, it is equally crucial that we encourage them to take care of their bodies in a way that focuses on prevention rather than reaction. Sponsors of the event include:

Admission to UCAA games is free for everyone 17 and under, and tickets are $10 for everyone else. Fans and supporters who cannot attend can watch every game live and on demand on SUVtv and HBCU League Pass Plus. “Since its inception, the Underclassmen All American Games has provided exposure to some of the nation’s top and up-and-coming high school basketball players,” said Marques Burnett, Founder of SUVtv, “We look forward to this year’s broadcasts on our platform and on HBCU League Pass Plus as we seek to maximize the reach of basketball fans, college coaches and anyone looking to support a great cause.
