This will be the second and final regular season game between the two teams and the third contest of a five-game road trip for Golden State. The last time these two teams met, Steph Curry had 18 straight points for the Warriors.
Boogie Cousins has had two outstanding games since returning to the roster. The Champions look scary as they continue to rack up wins over the past few weeks. With Boogie back, the Warriors are in perfect health right now, which means they’re in the perfect position to extend their winning streak and comfortably enter the All-Star break at the top of the West.
The Washington Wizards are 20-26 this season and must finish the season without five-time star point guard John Wall while he recovers from left ankle surgery. Although three key players are missing, Washington has been going strong lately; the Wizards have won two in a row and are 7-3 in their last 10 games. Golden State will have to keep an eye on Bradley Beal, who averages nearly 25 points on more than seven 3-point shot attempts per game. The Wizards are 7-3 in their last 10 games thanks to Beal’s scoring push. Both teams built a lot of momentum in this one, which should make it a fun game to watch.
