BRENTFORD vs EVERTON LIVE STREAM

Having lost just one of their first seven games as a Premier League club (3V-3D-1D), Brentford are currently five games without a win (0V-1D-4D) in their last five. The culprit of the struggles of Thomas Frank and Co.? Injuries. Goalkeeper David Raya and Summer Star (center-back) Kristoffer Ajer were each lost until early 2022 at the earliest, while another summer rookie and instant-impact finish winger Yoane Wissa, is in constant availability with his two goals in 57 minutes this season. The effort, ideas and opportunities are still there for Brentford, but it all seems a bit out of their reach at the moment.

Everton, on the other hand, are the weakest side in the Premier League with just two points in their last six games. It was an uphill struggle after the Toffees got 4V-1D-1D in their first six games, at which point a similar rash of injuries quickly decimated the team. Forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin hasn’t played since August, midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure hasn’t played for six weeks, and Andros Townsend and Demarai Gray are not only leading the goal load, but they are the only source of offensive hope Everton has these days. A difficult situation for Rafa Benitez, ex-Liverpool manager, only gets more complicated.

Based simply on the fact that Brentford have remained competitive during the current skid, and Everton have only been in a game once last month we go with the hosts. The same spirit seems to shine in Brentford, while the flame is faintly lit in Goodison. Everton 0-2 Brentford.
