Today, Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business reengineering services and solutions, announced the launch of its Cloud Gaming as a Service offering. This service will be offered through Tech Mahindra’s cloud platform, powered by Ludium Labs. The collaboration will help telecommunications providers, cable companies and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to offer another value-added service, which leverages their network capabilities and, in doing so, creates an additional revenue stream. This service will dramatically improve end-consumer access to games by eliminating the need for expensive game consoles and high-speed Internet connections to access computer-intensive popular games.

The B2B cloud gaming service will enhance the gaming experience of AAA – big-budget, high-profile games that are usually produced and distributed by big publishers. This will be achieved through a 5G powered low latency gaming service as a plug and play solution with a library of over 150 AAA games stored in the cloud accessible on any device and processed in periphery.

Manish Vyas, President, Communications, Media & Entertainment and CEO, Network Services, said“The gaming industry has seen a surge in users following the Covid era, leading to increased interest and growth opportunities for the industry. This partnership will improve accessibility for businesses and consumers by leveraging Tech Mahindra’s extensive expertise in the 5G, video and cloud engineering space gained from working with the world’s largest media and entertainment companies, cloud service providers and mobile operators.

Juan José Martin, CEO of Ludium Lab, said“Our commitment to delivering an enhanced yet affordable user experience is what makes us a major player in cloud gaming.
